So thanks to a comment tip I was informed that www.themonstrousmovie.com was purchased by Paramount studios in June of this year. So looks like montrous could have something to do with the movie if its not the title. Theres nothing on the site now, but you can see the whois entry after the jump.
UPDATE: We are aware that you can put any information you want in the whois information for a domain, so I guess it is possible that someone just registered this domain and used Paramounts info. Hopefully all these questions will be answered this week at Comic-con

I think its interesting how the poster you showed had “Monstrous” at the top, and http://www.themonstrousmovie.com was bought by paramount back in june, could this mean that the poster is legite because use nobody wouldve known about the website, could just be coincidense i suppose
