Here is a larger image of the poster with the tagline “Terrifying” on the top. We featured a picture of this one last week as taken with a digital camera. So far we have seen 3 posters with different taglines, MONSTROUS, FURIOUS, and TERRIFYING, supposedly there were 4 versions so if anyone comes across the 4th please let me know, thanks.

Here is somthing i just found in the bible

“The hills bring the Behemoth their produce, and all the wild animals play nerby. Under the lotus plants he lies, hidden among the reeds in the marsh. The lotuses conceal him in their shadow; the poplars by the stream surround him. When the rivers rages, he is not alarmed; he is secure, though the Jordan should surge against his mouth. Can anyone capture him by the eyes or trap him and pierce his nose? Job 41:20-24

talkings of the behemoth hiding in the lotuses (which is what the secret ingredient in slusho appears to be) also job speaks of the levithan alot. Breathing of fire, the strongest of men trembling, nothing able to stand up to him. “May that night be barren; may no shout of joy be heard in it. May those who curse days curse that day, those are ready to ruse Leviathan.” Job 3: 7-8

I saw this same poster somewhere else on the net, only it said “Monstrous” on the top. Maybe they’ll do a poster set with different words. May I suggest, “Just tell me the frickin title already!!!”?

Also, if you look closely, it looks like something’s coming out of the water near the coast of the river.

Wow, Great work getting that information. I wonder if it has anything to do with the movie. Time will tell.

yeah, I have posted the one without words before, but I thought there would be 4 versions with words, but maybe you’re right.

could the fourth be a poster that doesn’t have a word at the top?

I see the thing near the coastline…unless my eyes are completely fooling me it looks kind of like a picture I saw of the supposed water monster(cant remember the name). It also appears to be shooting something from its mouth. OR I can be completely wrong and it could be nothing. Good Day all.

I’m not sure if anyone else has pointed this out, as I’m fairly new to this whole viral marketing watch:

If you look at the poster, there seems to be a good deal of New York City’s skyline already destroyed, assuming that the alleged monster has already made a pass through the water (as the wake implies), through the buildings (claw marks, smoke and debris), and into the city (more smoke.)

Now, maybe it’s just me and my Godzilla experiences, but I imagine a big beast lumbering along and taking its time smashing stuff up. However, if you look at the claw marks on the Statue of Liberty’s shoulder, there are still bits of debris splintering off in the air, as if it’d just been attacked.

I don’t know where I’m going with that, but I thought it was interesting. Maybe the monster has no form? That’d be kind of lame. Haha.

the only “Apocalypse” one i saw was a ridiculously bad photoshop that someone made. If you’ve seen one that looks like the other 3 please let me know.

Just to play Devil’s advocate, what if it came through the city and then knocked off the Statue’s Head? would still explain all the desctruction in the city and the missing head/falling debris…

(like i said just to play devil’s advocate, I really don’t care one way or another as they already have me hooked and looking forward to this one.)

    1. Who sez there’s only one monster?

    2. Who sez the wake is going in the direction you think? Mebbe the monster hit the city first and then took a swipe at Lady Liberty on its way towards us?

    Just sayin’. 🙂

    Kolchak & Devin:

Good points, I kind of spaced on the “multiple monster” possibilities. I based my assumption of the monster’s movement on the trailer. It seemed like it was coming from the coast, as it was from that direction which Lady Liberty’s head was thrown. As for the wake, even with the artist’s dimensional foreshortening taken into account, the wake is noticeably wider toward “us,” and if you’ve watched boats in the water, you’ll notice that their wakes grow wider further away from its source as time passes. But it’s all speculation, so who knows. Good call, you two.

The splinters flying off the Statue of Liberty’s shoulder was just something I caught and found standoutish. Of course, there is also always the possibility of the negligent artist, who doesn’t pay attention to continuity, haha. I’ve definitely played that role before.

The fourth poster is not ‘apocalypse’ – that was a joke one. The fourth one is ‘barbarous’.

If it is multiple monsters then I think it’s probably going to be LOADS all working together as one organism.
The biblical monsters idea has been going around and it does have its support, but I would question what the Bible has to do with anything, especially that of Slusho. And on top of that, if there’s a message within the movie then all sources are pointing to the environment rather than religion.

    So I found another poster with the title: D Y N A M I C
But it has a picture of some robot in it… slashing away the statue’s head but I don’t know… it seems a bit photoshopped to me… anyone else seen the same pic ? And i definitely have to agree about something in the water… you can clearly see on the picture you displayed that there’s some sort trace leading from the statue towards the city..

  16. Dude

What if the Statue of liberty was built over the monster, it came out, threw the head at the peolpe it thought were responsible for it’s imprisionment, and then came towards them to wreack havoc
