Sonar Images Showing Up In E-mails

According to Cloverfield Clues, it looks like 2 images have been appearing in peoples e-mail inboxes from tagruato, possibly the whistle blower. The 2 images seem to be screenshots of a Tagruato computer showing some sort of sonar recording of something very large.
